We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Returns must be initiated via email before sending anything back

📦 Returnable items include:

  • Unopened packaged goods

  • Non-perishable household items

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, groceries)

  • Health and personal care items that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)


✉️ How to Start a Return

💸 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • We will notify you by email when the refund is completed

📌 Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., different color or size), please indicate this in your email. We’ll check availability and provide exchange instructions.
